Ivo multimedia offers broadcast quality motion graphics and video for your promotions or business. I can work to any specification PAL / NTSC and I'm setup for HD output. I can also create video for web and can host streaming content on our server.
The motion graphics comprise of fast and fluid animations and video footage suitable for broadcast, film and DVD. I also have the ability to shoot and edit video for documentaries and footage. I especially love to create alternative and rock music promos or band videos!

Directors Notes / Reading Festival - Idents

Directors Notes is a weekly podcast dedicated to giving a voice to independent filmmakers, covering aspects of filmmaking from concept to completion. Directors Notes also chooses the film selection each year for Reading Festival film screenings. A series of ten video idents were created to introduce each weeks podcast and interview. The brief asked for abstract idents showing the experimental nature of short film, and giving the viewer a glimpse of the nature of film.
The idents were created using footage shot on trains and manipulated to form patterns and symmetrical shapes and paired also with ambient and enigmatic music created with MIDI sampling.
Amigos Bar - Bar promotions DVD Loop

A DVD loop of motion graphics was created to advertise on video screens at Amigos Bar and Restaurant's recent promotions. Sleek and black using curling and rippling lines.
A relaxing colour theme and style was used to create a visually memorable loop that does not tire the eyes through constant play.

A DVD loop of motion graphics was created to advertise The Edge nightclubs recent promotions in Amigos bar and restaurant. Like the Amigos bar advertising video it again uses relaxing colour theme and style that fits in with the promotions that the club runs.
Some the motion graphics are a continuation of the flyers seen in the print section of my portfolio, that are in turn brought to life through animation, including "The Edge" logo.
Canidae - Film Editor and special effects

Canidae is long term movie project of four chapters. The film was firstly created from an idea roughly sketched into a notepad on train ride back to brighton in 2006 about wolves and grew from what was originally a short into 4 longer art pieces.
Canidae has been screened locally at music and arts events and also at Luton's international film festival "Filmstock"
